You have not entered anything in the location description.
The meta description is only added to the source of the page, and the image only works in the Supreme theme.

There is some caching problem too it seems. Do you have some caching you can clear at the host?

Otherwise it may be one of your non-GD plugins. Can you try de-activating them and see if the description comes up?

Now I get it. Not as familiar with WooCommerce as I am with WPinvoicing 🙂
I’ll get the developers to have a look at your question.

Or do you mean you just want to change the slug of the /cart/ page?
