Are you creating a new CSV file or exporting, then updating, and re-importing?
What is the post ID number of the new listing created? It must be a different number, which suggests you are doing it wrong.
Try adding 1 new test listing with a CSV file without adding a post_id.
Check the post_id [see image], and add to the same CSV.
Upload again with “Update listing if post with post_id already exists” selected.

how to remove the “Account Settings” link on the dropdown menu for “My Account”
That is not possible without some custom coding, I’ll get a developer to have a look to see if there is simple solution for that.

how to change the text from “About Me” to “My Account”
To translate strings of the Supreme theme, copy
/wp-content/themes/supreme-directory/languages/en_US.po
to
/multi/wp-content/languages/themes
and rename the file to
/multi/wp-content/languages/themes/supreme-directory-en_US.po

How can I get the slideshow of images to display in the Supreme Theme like it does with some of the other themes?

And is there a way to set just one featured image for the header throughout the site, so we don’t have to worry about image sizes on each listing?
