Create a WP page, and add these shortcodes:

[gd_location_tab_switcher]
[gd_advanced_search]
[gd_login_box]
[gd_cpt_categories]
[gd_location_switcher]

That should give you all links to your auto-generated pages.
Pages will not be created until you have at least one listing in one category.
Make sure to set the WP Permalinks correct: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames

Without seeing your website, we can only guess the settings, so please post your URL of a webpage where we can see the author link, and also your WP admin details. Make sure you tick the “Set as private reply” when posting.

Updating a handful is probably easier just doing it in the WP Admin backend.
You do not need to export first, and you can use the same CSV file to add data and then import.
