It all depends what is creating the profile page: GD, UsersWP, …?
With UsersWP, go to UsersWP > Profile page > Choose the tabs to display in Profile
Then go to UsersWP > GeoDirectory > and check the settings there.

I am guessing you changed the Gold package to Featured after you created the listings.
Are new Gold listings automatically Featured?Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply if we need to check your settings.

There is a conflict with the new version of Yoast v8.x, and it has been fixed.
It will be available in next release.

Is the site already accessible for us to have a look at your settings?
The topic you linked to is more than 3 years old, and will not be relevant for the current version.
You need to translate the strings using PoEdit, the strings are in the /wp-content/languages/themes/geodirectory_framework-it_IT.po file.

Have you updated Yoast to version 8?
If you did, deactivate Yoast, a fix is on the way.
