You need to update your WP Permalinks, but you will have to change your server settings, see > WP Settings > Permalinks:
If your .htaccess file was writable, we could do this automatically, but it isn’t so these are the mod_rewrite rules you should have in your .htaccess file. Click in the field and press CTRL + a to select all.

Which GD child theme did you get to use with Genesis: Travel, Bold or 1280?
I am not sure which one you mean with “Genesis Geo Directory Theme”?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/category/themes/If you can post your URL and WP admin details, then I’ll get a developer to have a look at your question too.
Thanks

This sorting method can only be applied to GeoDirectory Listings pages, not widgets.
I guess if it would have been easy enough, that the article would have included the solution. But I’ll ask the developers to have a look at your question too.
Thanks
Why did you re-install after I had it all working for you?
I gave you the username of the only admin that could access wp-admin?You made the same mistake again: You do not have the core geodirectory plugin installed at the new site either, which means nothing else of GD can work and will break.
Please have a good read of all the information I gave you, there was no need to re-install anything.
You are not installing the GD addons correctly if you can install them without installing the GD core plugin first:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/Only once that is set up, activate the addons, NOT BEFORE:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/why-do-my-locations-get-a-1-at-the-end/
This happens because WP does not allow duplicate slugs, and there already is something else using the slug you are trying to use. Possibly an old listing, or category, or tag etc. Thanks

Any reason why you are not using the GD Listings page?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory
Then adding the GD Listings Map widget in the sidebar should do what you want.Another option is to use shortcodes:
