I don’t know how you update your theme, but that should not happen really.
I’ll set to resolved. ThanksHi Caroline, I restored your GD pages. Your login page was missing.
Please check now. ThanksThis reply has been marked as private.November 1, 2017 at 11:11 pm in reply to: Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again. #403726PS: WP Easy Updates is only required if you use GD addons, it is not required for the free plugin.
November 1, 2017 at 11:10 pm in reply to: Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again. #4037251. If you have no active listings, what other message than “Sorry, no records were found” do you expect?
2. Your WP permalinks have to be set as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames
3. You have deleted some GD pages, and/or disconnected them at GD > Permalinks.
Restore the pages using GD > GD Tools > GD pages check
and/or reconnect at GD > Permalinks4. Default locations should only use decimal coordinates:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#defloc
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-location/5. You have selected to hide all maps for all your listings at
GD > Design > Map tab > SHOW / HIDE POST TYPE AND CATEGORY ON MAP
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#mapSHOW / HIDE POST TYPE AND CATEGORY ON MAP
Here you can control what is shown on the homepage map, if you tick a “Post Type” then that will hide that entire post type. If you tick a “Category” then that specific category will not be shown as a tick filter on the homepage map. Please check all those things and let us know. Thanks
Adding the Location Switcher will help your visitors navigate to the location pages too:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/multilocations/#mainOr create a page with all locations:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-shortcodes/#switchThanks
See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/
ThanksSorry, but that is not possible. But you can add a generic image there:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#listingsUpload listing no image:
This option lets you upload an image to use for listings when no images are uploaded by the user.
You can also upload default images for each category to show if the listing has no images uploaded, and that default image from the category will take priority over the image uploaded at the settings on the listings page. Navigate to your categories to upload a default image there if that is what you prefer. Thanks
Please login with a user account that entitles you to support for a website with GD addons.
From https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.
Thanks
There is nothing wrong with the checkout page. That page only works when you are actually “checking out”, it will always be empty if you just access it without “buying” something first.
Thanks
You should find some using search engines.
For example https://data.gov.uk/data/search?q=beachesThanks

Firstly, I cannot directly find errors on your main site, but we only checked on your dev site.
The errors and issues could be quite different on your main site.
The 404s at Google may be from before you changed permalinks etc. Google is sometimes slow to catch up.What was it set to previously? What did you change it to?
The default location was, ,which I changed to Millerstown, Pennsylvania, United States
How did you change it exactly?
GD > Multilocations > Manage Location tab > find the default location and edit. See image too.If I delete all locations in GD > Multilocations > Manage location tab – will all of my places/listing be deleted.
Yes, they will. If you have listings (unlike in your dev site).
So you should correct the locations by editing them. That will also change the address for all listings in that location. If we need to review the live site, please provide admin details. Which pages are 404 there?
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.Users cannot see trashed listings anywhere.
Draft listings are available for users to renew, see image.
Log in as a user with listings, and follow the links to your listings from the login widget to your dashboard. For example /author/username/?geodir_dashbord=true&stype=gd_placeAnother solution is to create a very basic price package, let’s say without any available custom fields, except 1 category; no tags, minimum characters of description, no links, no contact details, no send to friend etc.
Then on expiry, the listings go to this package.
That will keep them available to the user to upgrade again
You could even hide them with CSS from widgets and location pages, but not from the user’s dashboard page. Thanks
