Yes, that can be done with the Listing Claims addon, which you already have correctly set up.
An unclaimed listing has a “Business Owner?” link in the sidebar.
A claimed listing will have a link to the author. Thanks
If you want to change it in the Change Location dropdown, you need to use the language file, see
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/
and
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/Thanks
Hi Steve, I get invalid username.
What RAM does the server have? 20K listings should not be an issue with a good dedicated server.
You can also tick GD > Design > Map tab > Enable map cacheThanks
Can you please send us FTP too.
Do you use any caching plugin at the hosting level?
Can you explain where you are hosted and which is your hosting package? Thanks
If you change packages in the Add Listing page, then the URL gets
&backandedit=1appended. If you take that off, then the Add Listing page works fine.
I don’t understand where that comes from, another plugin?
I’ll get a developer to have a closer look after the weekend, but try de-activating all non-GD plugins to see if you can find the reason for the error, if you like. Thanks
Thanks for letting us know.
Can you please post your URL too. Thanks.
Yes, that seems correct.
Maybe try export and re-import?Thanks
There seems to be a bug with the template if a user adds a website to their profile.
I’ll get the developer to check it out after the weekend.
Please post your WP admin details in a private reply so he can fix it on your site.
ThanksThere is no share button for Instagram.
But if you mean that users should be able to add a link to their Instagram account, you can use the URL custom field:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#urlSee also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-allow-users-to-add-an-instagram-link-to-their-listing/
Thanks
You export, edit, OVERWRITE [DO NOT DELETE] all records in GD by importing the new csv files: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/
Leave the Post IDs in the first column and select “Update listing if post with post_id already exists.” on import.
Break the import file into batches and start small, and increase the import file size. Thanks
No changes to the Pricing Manager settings were required, except updating the plugin.
Have you reviewed the packages, they are still the same?
Your GD Permalinks still have the correct pages selected?
GD Tools confirms all your GD pages still exist? Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look for you.
Thanks
From https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/manage-location/#edit :
Best practice is not to add locations here, because every location will have a page created and you will only end up with empty pages.
Wait for your users to add listings and locations will be automatically created as your users add listings from the frontend.Region can be renamed at GD > Place [or other CPT] Settings > Custom fields tab > click on “Address” to edit the custom field > Change “Region label”
Thanks
You’re welcome, from both of us 🙂
You want to remove it, or replace it?
This post tells you how to change it: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/supreme-directory-overview/#homepageThanks
