The View All link follows the location of the page if set by GD, and depending on the settings at GD > Settings > Locations > Show Advanced.
So if that shortcode is not on a GD location or archive page for the NY region, the View All link cannot go to all restaurants in NY.

The “Leave a Review” text is in the GD core language file, see image attached.
The string “Your email address will not be published” is a standard WP message.

1. You have added the “Meta” widget to the GD Top widget area.
2. Appearance > Customize > Header > Logo
3. All custom fields will be applicable for all listings in the same CPT.
If they are not, then please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, and details of the custom field we need to check.4. All custom fields will be applicable for all listings in the same CPT, regardless of category. Some options are to create additional CPTs, or a price package that only can be used for category “Dayout” and then create custom fields that only can be used for that package.
5. Add the “GD Output location” widget to the detail page sidebar, and then make sure the fields are set to show in the sidebar.
