Location pages will not show the same content as the Listings pages. In some cases it may be similar information when widgets etc are set up exactly the same, but both are filtered using different rules.
You can change title tag for Listings pages for different locations and different categories by adjusting the title used at
For Custom Post Pages [like Places]
GD > Titles & Meta > POST TYPE PAGE META SETTINGS > Post type page meta titleFor Category Pages [like Placówki Poczty Polskiej]
GD > Titles & Meta > LISTING PAGE META SETTINGS > Listing page meta titleFor example
