Have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/custom-field-error-when-save-and-icon-issues/
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply if we need to check this out.
Make sure all plugins are the latest versions, old plugins will not work with new ones. You can have all CPTs on the same GD Home map, but not at the same time, you need to switch from the ribbon on the bottom of the map, see an example at https://wpgeo.directory/starter/
Thanks
Please see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/common-styling-examples/#legend
You could also add a minimum width like this
.map_category {min-width: 300px;}Thanks
I get a 403 forbidden message, can you make the site available please. Thanks
May 21, 2017 at 9:28 pm in reply to: Adding additional fields to a search do not show up when using the shortcode #379416Most likely none of the Google Map API calls will work, because that are external calls.
But if that works, then you’re fine on local probable. There can be quite a few reasons why the custom fields do not show up in the advanced search:
the fields are not active
fields not set up correctly after adding to advanced search
the search on the home page is another Custom Post Type
there are no listings in the Custom Post Type
possibly others, that is why it is easier for us to check normally, rather than explaining all possibilities.Does the GD search widget work correctly if you add it as a widget?
Thanks
You’re welcome 🙂
Your GD Recaptcha keys are for V2 but you selected invisible recaptcha: FIXED
You were using another recaptcha plugin: DELETED
Your BP integration settings were not using BP registration settings: FIXED
Please check, Thanks
You just add that to the page, as you would do for any other WP page.
Or you can add it to a text widget.May 21, 2017 at 5:05 am in reply to: Adding additional fields to a search do not show up when using the shortcode #379364Let’s wait then until you get it working on a live or dev site, there will be other things that don’t work on local setups.

Also details of the custom fields you want to add.
ThanksAll plugins have to be of the latest version for things to be guaranteed to work:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-is-the-best-way-to-update-the-gd-plugins/We also only provide support for addons to current members, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/
Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.
We exclusively provide support for the latest version of both the Core plugin, add-ons and themes. Thanks
You can use a multiselect, but it cannot be added to the search bar itself, it will be added as an additional option below the search bar if you click on “Custom search”.
Example, click on the cogwheel here: https://wpgeo.directory/whoop/property/Thanks
You will also have to change your GD > Permalinks. GD Home will have to be set to your Location page.
See more at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#homeThanks
You do not need to create a new homepage, you already have one.
That link explains how to add the subtitle you asked about, that is why I posted the link.
Or maybe I misunderstood …Thanks
Adding a category selector is explained here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/
Second point.Thanks
