Please have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home
The video has this message: “Some steps and screenshots in the video are for older versions of GD, please also review the rest of the article.”Let us know how you went. Thanks
And you have not changed URL at all like from test site to live site etc?
Try de-activating the license and re-activate.Thanks
Have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/common-code-snippets/#package

Right, posted at the same time, looks like we both discovered the error at the same time 🙂
All those things you point out in the video work for me.
But the video is of http://WWW.yoursite, and all links on this page are to WW1.yoursite
Which explains why we see different things of course.I’ll get Stiofan to have a closer look now we at least figured out where to look.
Thanks
Booster was active when I looked at 10.25 and it is active now, and I get no errors.
I have no idea who would have turned it off after I had a look.
I think you might have some local caching issues because I cannot get it to give me any errors. This reply has been marked as private. You have duplicate cities in your database, for example
Independence, OH, United States
Independence, Ohio, United States
but your settings only allow listings in Ohio, not OH, because that is your default region.
I merged those two locations and it now works.
You will have to clean up your other locations too, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-merge-locations/That is what I did in the first place, cleared all data, activated and look for errors and cannot see any.
It is active now and I do not get any errors. Tried 3 browsers. Logged in and logged out.If you want the data to stay for all price packages, then the (admin) fields should be allowed for all price packages.
I am guessing you are pasting an address in the street address field?
You should use the auto suggestions from Google, or drag the marker to the correct position.
What is the exact address you are trying to use? Thanks
That would require a customization, which is outside support.
You can try posting your requirements in the job section at https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/forum/geodirectory-jobs/Thanks
Have you tried setting it to premium again?
