Tags are location specific if you add locations in your URL at GD > permalinks > Add location in urls
If you do not tick that box, then tags will not be location specific.

There is no need to use a GD theme, and VC and GD are compatible.
It is just that VC cannot be used to edit GD pages, because they are template driven, they are not like normal WP pages.

1. This could be because the event is in a subcategory only, without being in the parent category.

2. That setting enables a rich text editor for the “registration description” custom field, so users have more control over the content of that field when submitting a listing.

3. WP or GD does not provide this feature to notify comment owner on reply, but there are some plugins available for this that may suit.

The only thing I spot is the name of the second column should be post_title, not Post_Title.
Try changing that and let us know.
