Did you restrict your locations to only your default region?

Like Stiofan says, you should move away from a managed WP server, it uses its own caching which is not compatible with GD. And with GD Booster it probably makes it worse.

Have a look at GD > Design > Navigation tab > Allow post type to add from frontend
