ThanksDecember 7, 2019 at 12:06 pm in reply to: Activte Events Package only for users that have a Paid Place Package #520392Sorry, but that is not possible.
ThanksPlease post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, and also the URL of a test listing, and we will have a look.
ThanksThis reply has been marked as private.1. The Compare button is only to compare listings chosen by the visitor, and the listings can only be chosen from Archive items (like on the Archive page or GD Listings elements) or from the Detail page.
Listings cannot be “suggested”.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/compare-listings/2. See #1.
3. Claim Listings documentation: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/claim/
I added the Claimed custom field.
Inspect here: https://destinations.softinator.com/destins/mallorca-spain/4. Possibly a conflict with another plugin. I’ll get a developer to have a look at this.
5. I don’t think so, because that selection is not saved to the database I think.
Thanks
Please post FTP details.
ThanksIf uploading images AFTER
filename01.jpg|||::filename02.jpg|||::filename03.jpg|||aquarium-of-the-bay-opt.jpeg||Aquarium of the Bay|Aquarium of the BayYou have to leave the ID empty if the image does not exist yet.
Only if you are updating, can you use the ID.You are telling the system that “Aquarium of the Bay” is the image ID, because that is the first thing you add after the first “pipe”.
You should havefilename01.jpg| leave this empty | optional title | optional caption ::nextimage.jpg||title|caption::Thanks
December 6, 2019 at 10:31 pm in reply to: Please help me with Location Manager Plugin. It crashes my website when activated #520356Sorry, but I do not understand the problem.
Everything is set up and working, the Location Manager is active.
The front end does not work, because of some server issue, can you check those with your host?
ThanksI am not sure what browser you are using, but this image is how it looks on a default installation. Possibly there is some interference from your theme’s CSS or from another plugin, but that Edit Link window is basically what WP presents.
Please post a link and WP admin details in a private reply if we need to have a look at anything.
Thanks
December 6, 2019 at 1:24 pm in reply to: Please help me with Location Manager Plugin. It crashes my website when activated #520271Make sure that you are using the V2 version of both the Core plugin and the Location Manager. Post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply if we need to check your settings.
ThanksDecember 6, 2019 at 1:21 pm in reply to: Distance to current post or Search Sorting by Distance #520266Distance can only be with reference to a particular location, like a street address, or a landmark, or a city centre.
It is not possible to calculate the distance from a listing in Prague to Prague itself. Where exactly in Prague would you measure to?
The link Alex gave would be give the distance to the geographical center of Prague. If you select a city, then a location, distance cannot be calculated.
Thanks
1. A user registers or logs in if already registered.
2. They then select a plan.
3. Submit the listing.
4. Pay.
5. Payment will automatically make the listing active, or you can change the setting so the listing needs to be approved. Thanks
It can’t be that hard to submit the listing again, is it? Ask him to submit the basics but using the right package so he can set up the recurring contract and start with a current package setting, and then you can add the other bits.
It is best practice not to change package settings after listings are added, and recurring paid packages always have to be added from the front by the owner of the listing.
ThanksHave a look what is in your FTP folder /wp-content/uploads/2019/12/ first.
Price packages work exactly like you describe, but they are applicable for each listing, not for user registration.
