Thanks for letting us know.
The search you set up will return all listings that serve the region selected.
I cannot find a listing that does not serve N Ontario in the link you sent.
Can you point to a listing that should not be in the results list? Please check the credentials, or tell us how to check your admin area please.
You’re welcome 🙂
Remember to let us know on which page you are trying to use the shortcode.

Do you have buddypress installed?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/buddypress-integration-add-on-overview/Make sure you have BuddyPress installed and activated.
Let us know. Thanks.
GD Home page is the same as a /location/ page and is only used if you do not use a WP page for your website’s homepage.
Here is the link to location page info: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#home
This page is the home page for each of the locations in your GD installation (including countries, regions and cities).
You can ignore the GDF warning if you follow the instructions at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home
If using a WP page for the website homepage, use the location page for both the GD Home page and the location page.Tags are added in the submission form by default. There is nothing you need to do, just have a look at your submission form, it is all there.
Is your facebook token still valid or does it need refreshing?
Go to GD > Social importer > Facebook Access Token: does it need refreshing?
February 14, 2017 at 1:31 pm in reply to: Advanced Search Not Working – 502 TimeOuts Every Time #361402This reply has been marked as private.I just targeted the CSS a bit tighter:
.widget .geodir_list_heading{ background-color: #11739e !important; padding-bottom: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; }instead of
.geodir_list_heading{ background-color: #11739e; padding-bottom: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; }Please check, thanks.
For your homepage, review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home
If you want to use a WP page, select that at Settings > Reading > Front page displays > Front Page.
And at GD > Permalinks > select “Location” for the directory start page [GD Home Page].Tags can be added in the submission form by default.
Thanks.
You’re welcome 🙂
Can you please turn off WordFence temporarily, so we can login?
But have a look at your price package settings, you probably are allowing only 1 character for tags.
Thanks
February 13, 2017 at 10:20 pm in reply to: Does buying Price and Payments Manager will allow us to access its support? #361292You have an active membership that already includes the Payment Manager plugin. You should be able to access the payment forum if you are logged in with the correct email address. Let us know if you still have problems.
You do not need HTTPS for either addon, but Stripe has a policy that your site should be secure [as far as I know]. Also, having a secure site [HTTPS] gives your visitors more confidence if you want their credit card details.
You will also need HTTPS if you want geolocation features for your visitors.Hopefully this helped, Thanks.
