I am not sure if you can connect multiple FB pages to the Social Importer.
If you can, you would then have to post manually from the listings, it could not be done automatically without some complex customization, even if possible at all.

You can add some CSS like this, to accommodate longer category names:

So it is not when you click on an event, but on the location pages.
The reason your map is empty is because you have set Places to be the default CPT at GD > Design > map, but you don’t have any Places to show.
Click on Events on the bottom of the map and you will see your events.

I already had fixed the issues, and I can see a bigger map if you click the map tab for the listing.
So what are you expecting to be different and where?
