Do not add this shortcode to the Add Listing page selected at GD > Permalinks > GeoDirectory Pages > Add Listing page.
That page is reserved for GD generated pages, so only add this shortcode to any extra WP pages.

Please update all GD plugins first, old versions of addons are not always compatible with new versions of the GD core plugin.
I also de-activated your caching plugin, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-caching-plugin-can-i-use/

Did you change the parent category at some stage? If you did, did you re-save your WP permalinks?
