Only listing owners can edit their listings, nobody else.
If you mean on original submission, there is no way of knowing who is adding the listing: how do you know somebody is the business owner?

You cannot use them together without major customization work.
But you can probably achieve the same with the Custom Google Map addon:

You will not loose any data, you will have to redo menus and widgets probably.
Make sure to note any changes you have made to functions.php of your current child theme.
