Hi David,
Sorry but it is hard to explain without checking your database. We need to check each field structure of DB tables custom fields and detail table. 🙂

Hello,
Its strange, now it showing two neighbourhoods one with slash and one without slash.
Can you tel me how you added that neighbourhood? You added from backend add neighbourhood or it added automatically on add listing?Let us know.
Thanks,
KiranHi David,
Thanks for your reply. I have tested in my test site with 42 fields and there is no problem there.
In past we have fixed same problem https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/search/?bbp_search=you+have+too+many+columns
So in your case reason could be plugin/site/server/database specific.Once we get details of your live we will check there to find exact cause.
Thanks,

The FTP credentials no longer working for me. It shows following errors.
Response: 530 Login authentication failed

Please follow steps:
– Move all GD plugins out side the /plugins/ directory (from CPanel file manager or via FTP)
– Go to plugins manager
– Move all GD plugins back to /plugins/ directory (from CPanel file manager or via FTP)
– Go to plugins manager > enable GeoDirectory core and then it’s pluginsLet us know, how it goes.
Thanks,
KiranHi David,
It seems there is a problem in running database query during custom field save, may be SQL permissions or DB table structure.
Let us provide admin, FTP and database credentials so we can review there. Also let us know how we can replicate that error from our side. Thanks,
KiranThanks for letting us know 🙂
Hello Alexandre,
The map is loading fine now. You have done changes in plugin core file (plugins\geodirectory\geodirectory_template_actions.php) and it causing error in ajax response on the site.
I have put back that function code and now map is working fine. Please do not make changes directly in plugin core files, it may affect plugin original functionality. You should use hooks(filters/actions) to do customization.
Thanks,
