There isn’t an option that allows you to control the size of the lightbox, but you can try using the custom CSS code below and see if it’s what you’re looking for.

    width: 100%!important;
    height: 100%!important;
}

div#lightbox-container-image-box {
    width:  100%!important;
    height: 100%!important;
}

Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
