Thanks for your reply. You can limit the file size but not the size of the image. Maybe some 3rd party plugins might help. Or maybe you can write a note there notifying your users to use a specific image size?

Anyway, how bad it is? Do you have a link to share so that we could take a look at it?

Kindly check “Show on only these price packages” of the field as mentioned here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/custom/#fields by Alex and see if the field is excluded from a package. If you’re not sure, share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check this out for you.

Thanks for your post. There isn’t an option out of the box that allows you to achieve this and it would require complex customization. You can try searching for a 3rd party plugin.
