    I wanted to make another comment based on a test I just ran against the yearly discount. For the $299.99 Yearly Silver plan I offer 6 months free so that is $149.50 discount. I set it to be applied for the first payment which is supposed to mean it is a one time discount. However based on the test I ran the text is stating something different. Here is the text I get in preview mode: “You are going to pay $150.49 ( for each year ) & alive days are 365 as Directory – Yearly listing.” How can it say this when I clearly set up the coupon to be applied on the first payment only? NOw here I am thinking that I at least have the 6 month discount working out but based on the text that is not looking to be the case. Can you confirm what is going on?

    I can tell you I went to permalinks and see that
    GD Home page is not set but that is because we use our own home page.

    I also checked GD Tools. Only issue I saw was that the GD Home Page is missing. This is because I don’t use it and we have our own home page.

    Guust, you sent another response a little while ago where you stated that “p.s. you should really keep both GD and all add-ons updated. 1.6.5 is 5 version old…”

    What is your definition of old? We just bought the software in July or August and since then you have come out with 5 version upgrades. That is 5 upgrades since July/August. I took a look at the upgrades and you made 3 version releases in September and 2 in October. My issue has been happening since I bought the software. We did not report it sooner as we were working on a brand new website with many other features besides having the Geodirectory. My point is that my definition of old is not 2 or 3 months. We run many websites for many clients and to have your product with 5 upgrades in 2 or 3 months and having to juggle all the other updates of plugins and upgrades of WP core, the amount of updates you make seems a little much. IN September you could not have made a single upgrade? In your change logs with the different versions it does not state if a person can upgrade from 1.6.5 to 1.6.10 directly or if an incremental has to be done.

    Another thing I would like to tell you is that I did check the plugins installed on our site in order to see if any were out dated and none of them state they are out dated. However your website shows that the core WP Geo product is at 1.6.10. Why is my site not telling me that my GEO core and plugins are outdated?

    You mentioned that I should keep them updated but I did not see in your short response that if I do upgrade to the latest version of plugins will it fix my issue I initially reported.

    Guust I stated in my original support ticket that I have the stripe activated. When you say check GD Pages at GD Tools and GD Permalinks, what does that mean? Your response is very vague. You say “check” but don’t say check for what.

    Let me also state that I would think you know it is obvious that we have the Stripe installed, configured and activated. Secondly, you never answered the first part of my question/post where I asked if Stripe supports recurring payments. I replied to the email I received from you today but it was rejected because we have to go to the post on the forum to reply. Your original response to me earlier today should state that we should not respond to the email notifications we get. Just wasted an entire day and I still don’t have the answers I asked about.

    Thanks for this reply. I am curious even though this is outside your scope I do appreciate the extra effort. I have to build two more sites for 2 different clients so the more I can do with your product the better. I want to implement the same software for them.

    Question if you have time… Where could I put the sample code you gave below? Keeping in mind that I want to make sure that when we update your plugin or our theme we don’t blow away that custom code.

    I noticed the two sections you pasted below, they are identical. Was that intentional?

    I saw after submitting the log file that it is not permitted. I am going to zip it. The file is only 8kb before compression.

    Please find attached a copy of the error_log found in my wordpress root folder. Just an FYI the other day I disabled the two plugins I was told were conflicting. I did ask, I thought, about what the conflict was. Can someone explain what they think is conflicting so I can figure out a work around?

    Sorry I am hitting with you several items. I did not mention this before but I will now. When I click on one of the Popular Places on the left of the listings page or one of the Latest Places on the right hand widgets the page for that listing will appear but then I see the thumbnail for the listing and at the top right hand side of the thumbnail it shows a red “NEW” image and about an inch to the right of that it shows the cursor spinning with two arros going in a circle but it never displays anything. What is supposed to be there I assume the details of the listings and a map?

    On the translation note I have tested an edit to the core language and it worked. I was setting up the directory structure for the add ons that have to be setup with translation and noticed that a few of them are not mentioned in your online doc located at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/

    I am not sure what to name the language directory under wp-content/languages for the following add ons:

    Payfast
    GD Booster
    Captcha

    I see what you are saying however now it seems that the only way for this directory product to work is if I make both of the sections point to the same page. Now my home page is showing the GD content and we do not want that. We cannot use this product if it is not going to work as expected. I build many websites and have never experienced this requirement before. We had an entire website before. All we wanted to do was have a single menu item off our navigation point to what you call the GD Home page. We had gone through 3 other plugins that worked the way we would expect we just felt that after having to shell out $150 while the other plugins are alot cheaper that maybe we would get more from it but this limitation is a deal breaker for us. We also wanted to build a few other sites like the one we are working on now and cannot continue to run into this limitation. Can you let me know what else can be done and why was it setup this way? This is why I was also asking how I can go about making my very own custom designed page and insert the components/plugins needed to simulate what the GD home page does so that we would know we can build it the way we needed it to be.

    We do not want the GD page as the home page we already have a default home page. We have a link off the main menu called “Referencias Profesionales” and under that is the link to the page we are having the issue with the map automatically showing. That page url is now pointing to the same page as our home page. We need these two pages to be separate.

    I just checked another computer we have not used to access the site previously. It does the same thing in Internet Explorer and CHrome as I explained in the message just prior to this post.

    I understand about the user being prompted for Allowing to track their physical location. But what seems to be happening is the map will not show on the home page until I click the Allow button in Internet Explorer. Now one other thing I tested was, I shut down internet explorer. Started it back up then I went to one of the category pages such as, http://www.colombiaaquiya.com/restaurantes/food-nightlife/

    When I go to this page in Internet Explorer the map comes right up and I do not get prompted in Internet Explorer to Allow the site to track.

    How would we handle displaying all of the Geo in SPanish?
