Hi Guys, In general I know there are a lot of issues with the Divi Theme. I think I’ve figured out one fix and I hope this info helps.
Try clearing and disabling the GD Booster plugin. Mine works only when that is cleared and disabled.I had one other issue with the archive page. To fix that set the archive page under GeoDirectory > Settings > Archive page a page you are not going to use. Replace it with one you create with shortcodes.
Again, hope this helps with all the Divi Theme fans like me!
That seems to be my issue. There is no page called GD Archive.
The only two pages that include the word “archive” are: GD Archive Item template and
GD Archive templateNeither of those two pages has a map shortcode.
Not sure I follow any of this. Having the same issue. Here is the page on the site that is not showing clusters.

I’m not even sure where to control what appears on that page. It does not appear to be an editable page.May 24, 2019 at 4:20 pm in reply to: New Post Receive "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check. #488680I was getting that message on various pages when I updated from PHP 5.6 to 7.anything. It did not appear to be a plugin conflict. I went through the checklist and disabled everything but GD Plugins and GD required Plugins. Thought that might help since this appears to be a new issue.

Thanks Kor. That worked well. The vertical is a bit off when it starts to play but most folks will turn their phones sideways and make it full screen. That’s what I do when I watch a YouTube on my phone but then again, I’m an old guy!
Thanks, Stiofan. Look forward to seeing the new release that also fixes the Blog posts sidebar display!
Regards,
MikeHi Kor,
I had taken the video out of the page I wanted it on since it did not display correctly on smartphones. I just created a “test” page so you can work with it.
https://www.wewhoserved.com/test/Thanks!
PS the developers should also know that if the only thing on the page is a YouTube video it displays fine. It is only when you add text that the page goes out of whack. Hope that helps.
Hi Alex,
Thanks for the reply. The biggest issue I have right now is the display of a YouTube video. Is there a quick CSS fix that I can use for that? I’ve looked at using the 2017 them but there are some issues with that as well. I tried installing the Divi Theme and it broke the website completely. The Starter theme seems perfect except for these two bugs. I’ve looked at your other themes that I can use for free and Starter is still the best one at this stage of development. As we grow I might move to a more advanced theme.Thanks again!

https://www.wewhoserved.com/vets-we-support/who-we-support/Sorry to report that did not help. I even tried removing the CSS code given to me previously so the Jetpack Contact form would properly display and that did not help. I’m guessing it could be a similar issue that can be fixed by some additional CSS but I’m not savvy when it comes to that. Here is the code previously given to me that fixed the Jetpack Contact form display in case it helps.
.contact-form div {
overflow: hidden;
}
@media only screen and (max-width: 1040px) {.map_category {display: none;}}Thanks! I got it now. You might want to clarify that on the page https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/franchise-manager-add-on/
I have written user manuals for the Air Force. I always like the Step Tutorial with deep systems like this.
Step1 > Step2> Step3Perfect. Thank you so much!
