    Hi Alex

Thanks for this, though I don’t think the UsersWP Mailchimp integration will be any help for existing users.

    “Mailchimp addon for UsersWP.
This addons lets the user subscribe to your newletters via Mailchimp during registration. When activated this addon creates a “Subscribe” checkbox in register form.”

Furthermore I don’t wish to email newsletter subscribers, I want to email customers who have listings… I don’t see these users as ‘subscribers’, but rather customers with whom I need to communicate to provide them with information about changes to terms and conditions etc.

So it looks like the only way to do this is to export and dig around to find the subscribers?

To be honest I am still finding it hard to believe this has been totally overlooked.

I would like to contact listing owners to advise of new services and options that they can take advantage of but I am dreading the thought of having cobble various pieces of software together, combined with manual work in order to achieve this through trial and error.

To help remove the guesswork it would be really useful if you could provide a set of instructions to help GeoDirectory webmasters to email listing owners. This must be a common request.

Thanks Alex, where do I look to do that please?

Sorry I know I am using the wrong directory solution as I am not so technically minded.

    In Ninja forms

All previous messages to listings appeared here

Ninja forms / Submissions : ‘Geodirectory Contact form’

The last two emails don’t appear there

    But they do appear here:

Ninja forms / Submissions : ‘Contact me’

I will send you over the logins

    Thanks Kor

I am trying to get my head around this seems like an oversight.

Do you think there is any chance this process can be improved in future as its quite useful to email customers / users.

Hi I have V2 Recaptcha for UsersWP installed, it has reduced span registrations but I still get one a day, which looks automated. Is there anything else I can do to stop these do you think?

Hi Alex.. please can you tell me why it must be that it is the case that…

“Downgrades can only be a non-recurring free package”?

The problem is that if I set my free package to be no-recurring, these listings expire, I don’t want the free listings to expire though!

    I hope you can help?

    Mat
