Perfect – thanks!
Thanks for having a look.
Could you please let me know the CSS I need to hide the event date showing in the title?

Thanks Alex! Top notch support as always 🙂
Will there be a cost to upgrade current directories to v2?
Well it sounds like there’s some options for this, which is encouraging.
In my experience, many business owners are time poor, not IT savvy, or both – so making things as easy as possible for them is essential if you are going to get them to be involved at all. If there was an action that they needed to take to manually change their listing to a Featured listing, some of them simply won’t do it, which lets down the whole concept. It’s something that, frankly, I’d rather handle myself manually if necessary rather than have an inconsistent directory.
Our site hasn’t launched yet. There’s a lot of buzz around the community about it which suggests that we should get some good traffic. However this obviously isn’t guaranteed, and there’s a chance that the website may possibly not be popular (let’s hope not).
My plan for now is to continue marking listings as Featured manually according to membership data until such time as the membership grows and this becomes too time consuming – at which point I will assess the options you’ve suggested.
Thanks for your help!
Thank you!! I was pulling my hair out. All sorted now 🙂
Ok. On Home Page map, the details missing in the bubble are place name, photo, and phone number.
On the same map, if you click the full screen icon in the top left of the map, all of the details show correctly in the bubble in full screen mode.

The details show up fine in other map views, just not on the Home Page map.
Clearing browser cache sorted it out. Sorry for not thinking of that first!
No specific address. I experience the error on front and backend listing forms.
I got the popup mentioned in my first post only the first time – now, whenever I type in an address, I get the Google autocomplete dropdowns with the suggested addresses. When I select one, the dropdown disappears but the address I selected doesn’t show in the Address field
