if there were no plugins to help you solve this and most country had a similar law, this would have be done already. But it is not the case.

We have several German users and nobody ever requested for geoDirectory to be changed to accomodate this.

Please read answer from developers:

Not sure the customer has problem in front-end or back-end.
But if problem is in back-end then the content displayed under View Invoice is actually the transaction details that shows value of HTML column field from invoice table.
This transaction details saved for HTML field in invoice table when user making any payment. So if HTML field has no value then View Invoice link will be hidden.

I think “View Invoice” text confusing the user, so may be user thinking it is a link to show full invoice details in a page.
I will discuss with Stiofan for this if we can make it more familiar.

the default location must be a city/town and not an area like Sunshine coast.

You can only extend your directory to more than 1 city if you are using the Location Manager add-on.
