GeoDirectory v1 requires v1 add-ons.
GDv2 that is not officially released yet requires v2 add-ons.

Hi,
On the home page I don’t see a map, which page are you testing and how many listings is it loading?
Let us know,
Thank you
Probably a tiny bit… I don’t think you’ll really see any impact on your rankings though.
If they won’t provide support for their plugins, the only solution you have is to change theme.
Our plugin works fine, it is their plugin that is breaking our functionalities, not the other way around.
We would have to debug their code, not ours and that goes beyond support.
Thanks
Awesome, thanks for letting us know Lise! We are glad we could partially help 🙂
Sorry, but that is not possible without a customization.
Thanks
gd_ appears in the URL only of the add listing page and it cannot be removed/changed.
The system needs it to differentiate it from other possible taxonomies or CPT names from other plugins/themes.
Thanks
Did you test with Explorer from your laptop and did you try to disable Cloudflare to see if that’s the problem?
We can’t really fix what we can’t recreate…
Let us know,
Thanks
If you enable debug you should get more details into the debug log.

Hi,
responsive layouts are very simple to explain.
If the sidebar is on the left on desktop, it will come BEFORE the content on mobile.
If the sidebar is on the right on desktop, it will come AFTER the content on mobile.
Anything else will require a customization.
Thanks
V1 of social importer will not work as long as Facebook open up their API again.
How did you install V2? If you are doing it on a website that is running V1, you must update via FTP or using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Let us know,
Thanks
