Servers nowadays should have no problem to handle millions of records
Unless you are on a powerful dedicated server or an auto-scaling cloud hosting, the abive statement is incorrect.
Just FYI, shared servers and even most VPS will not be able to handle millions of listings and heavy traffic.
Thank you
WordPress now offers a custom css box in the customizer, that is whyvwe removed ours.
Thanks
Glad I could help.
🙂
It is possible to do it on a live site, but never recommended.
Are you doing this on a staging site as reccomended?
Please provide a link and admin+ftp credentials and we’ll have a look after the week end.
Thanks
Hi Memorex,
you cannot install a plugin via WP Dashboard if it is already installed (this is how WordPress works). You must either delete the old plugin and install the new, or overwrite the file in its folder via FTP.
Thanks
If you want to set the default location through Google Maps API, you MUST add a Google Maps API key.
Otherwise as Kor said, 1st you need to select OSM as API used in Design > Map and afterwards select the default location. Thanks
most likely this is yourt problem https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/geodirectory-fatal-error-message/#post-384054
let us know how it goes…

. We can take a look at that issue on you site if you can provide WP Admin and FTP access.
Thanks
Hi Ron,
we provide the tutorial, but we don’t provide the conversion service as part of support. If you wish to have someone work on that for you, you will find plenty of options here: http://geodirectoryexperts.com/
To add an API key to a GT site you can use this plugin https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/api-key-for-google-maps/
Thanks

Let us know.

October 19, 2018 at 7:42 pm in reply to: Removing the big splash image on homepage and search bars #450616If you make those fields mandatory, nobody will be able to register without filling them. However moderation won’t be automatic. If someone enter false info in the form, the plugin has no way to know…
Thanks
Unfortunately we don’t know how that plugin works, so you should ask to their support if their plugin will be able to save custom fields within a custom table of another plugin, respecting its data structure. That’s a question only they can answer.
Let us know, it could be an interesting solution…

Hi,
that’s not our Event plugin. Our Google Maps API key plugin only works if the plugin is adding the map as per WP standards. Probably that event plugin is not doing so.
Sorry, but we won’t be able to assist, you should ask for support to whoever created that event plugin.
Thanks
