Listings must be entered also in wp_posts and taxonomies in their respective wp default table to work.
As far as I know, GD Tools > Sync GD tags works when tags are in the default wp tables and not it gd tables, not the other way around.
You should really import via Csv.
Thanks
HI,
we changed our membership system and had to cancel all existing payments. Once your subscription will expire it will not auto-renew. You’ll have to re-subscribe.
Price will not change.
I believe Stiofan as missing this one and was travelling today. I’ll make sure you have an answer by tomorrow.
Thanks for your patience,
Can you please check now and let us know?
Thanks

This reply has been marked as private.Hi,
the reason for the late reply is because you are posting on someone else’s old topic instead of opening a new topic as recommeneded in our support policy. In addition response time during the week ends is double: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/
We don’t work on Sundays.
If you mean the icon that appear on the maps, no you can only upload custom icons per catgeory. Not per single listing.
We would need a link to provide a css fix for your add listing page. I believe the problem is when on mobile or tables? (that look like a tablet screenshot)
You can provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply that only our staff can read.
You’ll find the checkbox to set the reply as private below this form field on the left hand side.
Let us know,
Thank you

Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.Hi,
RSS are meant to only have title and description. To change that you’ll have to add the other custom fields to the rss.
Customizing the RSS feed shouldn’t be much different than customizing the listings pages.
If you add this to the file createing the feed:
global $post; print_r($post);You will see all elements of the post object.
Example:
echo $post->geodir_email;Will echo the listing email address.
Obviously this is considered a customization.
Hope this helps,
Thanks
Thank you! 🙂
Correct, GD handles recurring payments only via stripe or paypal.
ThxThat will disable front end submission. You as an admin can still post from the back end.
Thanks
Hi,
yes it is, just remove “Places” from GeoDirectory GeoDirectory >> Design >> Navigation >> Allow post type to add from frontend.
Yuo can also remove the links to the add listing form from the same options page.
Thanks
hi,
no we were talking about Genesis and Gensis child themes. If the child theme doesn’t alter the original Genesis Framework template structure too much, than it should work.
Thanks
Hi,
we only cancelled the recuring payments and the memberships will continue till they expire.
Once expired you’ll need to re-subscribe using the new system.
Basically we moved from a Membership plugin and a lot of custom code to Easy Digital Download.
We will shut down themetailors.com soon and we’ll allow vendors (like Jeff) to sell their 3rd party addons directly on this website.
The only things that change for you is the licencing system for auto updates and the style of the download page. (however the old one will keep on working for the next few weeks)
You will see a new link Licence Keys in your profile page. https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/domzh/
Thanks
p.s. we sent a newsletter about this, did you not receive it?
