I could see the problem now, but I still can’t recreate it on any of my test websites.

It must be a conflict with one of your many plugin installed.

I see you have another directory plugin installed, that could cause many conflicts and also you have w3 total cache that is not compatible with GeoDirectory. only GD Booster can be used as caching plugin for GD, all other will break the location manager.

I’d try to disable all non GD plugins to see if the problem persists. At least we would know if it is a plugin related issue or a server issue.

I’ve asked to Stiofan to follow up too.

Hi,

GD is compatible with the Genesis Framework. Travel is one of our child theme, so it works out of the box.

For any other Genesis Child theme, we can’t guarantee that.

It depends on the modifications the child theme author made to the templates.

it looks like you had no info page in GeoDirectory >> Permalinks.

In GeoDirectory >> GD Tools I ran the tool to rebuild GD Pages.

This should have fixed this problem. Please test and let us know.
