Hi,
please provide in a private reply a link and admin credentials of the site. We’d also need a link of an event that is not showing the link to the business.
Let us know,
Thanks
p.s. for me in dashoboard or front end it works the same. There must be a plugin conflicting. Did you try to disable all non GD plugins to see if you find the culprit?
Let us know,
Thx
Hi,
we would really need admin credentials too. If you set the reply as private only moderators will be able to read.
Thanks
Hi,
is this happening in the front end or back end?
The link business field is a search filed, you should type in the listing name to be able to select it.
If you want us to have a look, please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will check your install.
Thanks
p.s. sorry for the late reply, for some reason I didn’t get a notification for your latest replies.
I’ll verify with Stiofan the cause.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
I’ve installed on a fresh copy of WordPress, GD, Woo and the MultiLocations add-on and my shop page works as expected.
There could be an issue with another plugin, that is conflicting with ML that is also breaking WooCommerce.
To remove that warning you can follow this tut: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/help-i-get-a-php-warning-on-my-pages/
Please try to add that snippet in your functions.php amd if that doesn’t solve the Shop page problem (I doubt but it could be), please disable all your non GD Plugins except WooCommerce and let us know if the problem goes away. In that case we’ll know where to look.
Thanks
Hi,
told you already, we suggest to create your own database with unique content whenever possible.
Thanks
Hi,
ready to be imported on our system, I’m not aware of any solution.
I know there are companies selling databases of business listings, but you’ll have to re-order the purchased data to fit in our sample CSV file.
Otherwise there are scrapers.
However we don’t support any of these solutions and we suggest to create your own database whenever possible.
Building a directory with data purchased, means using duplicate data someone else is using already, which will make your work of indexing in Google almost impossible. If you are not visible in Google, your website is almost invisible to anyone.
Thanks
Hi,
GDF Modern has centered menu out of the box: http://wordpressmu-3822-8567-17899.cloudwaysapps.com/try-gdf-modern/?preview
Your css customization changed that.
#mobile-navigation-left > div { width: 100%; }http://citywhispers.de/wp-content/themes/geodir_gdf-modern/style.css?ver=1.2.4 line 54.
Not sure why you added that. If you remove it it will work as wanted.
Thanks
Thank you for letting us know 🙂
Hi Dale,
sorry for the late reply, but for some reasons I didn’t get an email for your reply of the 6th. I’m investigating why.
There are several problems on your database. I could notice that by exporting your advokatbyra CPT.
1) some wrong lat and long coordinates. example listing ID 324, Advokat Daniel Vargö. Address is in Sweden, Stockholm, however you have this lat and long that are wrong: 14.606238 / 121.098544. They point in the ocean of the Gulf of Guinea in West Africa. Not sure if there are other errors, but you should verify.
2) Most “post_regions” have a comma at the end of the region name: example Stockholms län,
That created duplicate locations. example: Åkersberga, Stockholms län, Sverige (correct) and Åkersberga, Stockholms län, , Sverige (wrong, notice the 2 commas between city and region). You need to merge all the duplicates and this will fix all listings too.3) You enabled the default country (Sverige), in MultiLocation settings, but you have listings imported for many other countries… (spain, UK, Switzerland, Malta and others). You should use multi countries (or selected countries), but if you enablee the default cuontry only, you exclude all others. That is wrong.
4) You don’t have the location switcher anywhere, but you are using multilocations. I’ve added it for you and you can see that there is a problem with the duplicate locations.
Once you fix the above points, you should see everything back to normal. Let us know how you went
Thanks
Do you have the buddypress intergation installed?
