Hi,
I think this is the same problem. The new version of events will have this problem fixed.
Thanks
January 9, 2016 at 11:30 pm in reply to: Layout problems in Best of widget and social widget in whoop theme #67658Hi,
please provide a link in a private reply, images cannot be inspected.
Thanks
p.s. that isn’t the best of widget, it is the popular categories widget.
Hi,
did you try disabling the add-ons and reactivate 1 by 1 to see which one is causing the conflict?
You talked about WooCommerce, not WooCommerce add-ons (there are hundreds if not thousands of them), we haven’t tested them all and without knowing which one is causing the problem, it is hard to find a fix.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
i think the problem is the usage of the duplicate feature of WPML. It doesn’t seems like it is creating actual listings. Translations must be added for each listing, or the system will not work correctly.
let us know if deleting the duplicate translation and creating the actual translation works.
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve tried registering a user and I couldn’t at all. Login doens’t work in sidebar widget too.
Possibly this is a server problem too. I’ve asked to Stiofan to follow up, however can you tell me what hosting provider are you on?
Let us know,
Hi,
I see only 3 events in french that are editable (they have a pencil icon and they show in map, those with an update icon don’t, except 1). All the other are duplicates and I cannot edit them to see if there is anything wrong, when I open them in french, I see the english version. I have no way to access the french post, it’s like it doesn’t exist and I think this could be the problem.
I’m not sure how the duplicate feature of WPML works, but it doesn’t seem like it is actually creating a post, thus it is not creating the listing. I don’t think that will ever work.
Please avoid using the duplicate option and add the translation properly, creating the listing in each language. That should solve all problems.
Let us know how you went,
Thank you
ok, you are welcome.
Hi,
I can’t recreate this on our demos. Please provide a link and admin credentials and we will check.
Thanks
Hi,
I’d need to check your backend to tell you more, I can’t guess things.
If you provide a link and admin credentials I’ll have a look.
Thanks
Hi,
that is a bp function, did you disable BuddyPress?
Please provide link, admin and FTP credentials and we will have a look.
Thanks
That depends how you imported them, do you still have the csv file to check?
actually that would work on the add listing page only, this is actually what’s needed on listing and detail page:
global $post; if ($post->package_id == 1) {//function here}Thanks
January 9, 2016 at 10:07 pm in reply to: Event linked to business does not show on homepage map #67636Hi,
I believe this is happening because the start date is in the past. It would be wrong anyway, so I’ve asked to the developers to double check and let us know.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
sorry for the late reply, I didn’t get the notification for few replies in the last few days. I’ve asked to Stiofan to verify…
There is definitely a conflict preventing the reCAPTCHA widget to show up. Did you try to momentarely disable all non GD Plugins?
I don’t see any other option…
Let us know,
Thanks
