Hi,
you have 89 plugins installed and 61 active. 🙁 This could be a nightmare to debug…
Can you please start by deleting every plugin that are not used and try deactivating all non GD plugins momentarely to see if the problem goes away?
In any case we will need FTP details to track it down.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
there is no such option. What you could do is allow only logged in users to submit reviews and moderate them.
Anything else would require custom code.
Thank you
Hi,
this is not working (you still are giving me incomplete info, the port number and ftp or sftp…).
Can you connect to your own server via FTP?
If yes, download the latest GeoDirectory version from here and upload it in wp-content/plugins wp-content/plugins to overwirte the current version. If you can’t accees your FTP, please ask to your server admin to do it.

Thanks
p.s. check yuor spam folder to make sure the emails are not forwarded there for some reason. If yes, pèlease white list our email address.
Hi,
not this is not possible without a customization.
GD uses it’s built in form.
Thanks
You are welcome, please follow instructions here: http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/translate-core/
Thanks
Hi,
there isn’t anything like that available, nor we have any plans for the moment to develop it.
It will require a customization.
Thanks
I just replied…
Thx
Hi,
please try to add this in your footer scripts in GeoDirectory >> Design >> Scripts:
<script> if(jQuery("input:radio[name=claimed]:checked").val()=== undefined){ jQuery("input:radio[name=claimed][value=1]").prop('checked', true); } </script>This will auto check YES for business owner in the add listing form.
Thanks
December 21, 2015 at 4:32 pm in reply to: Make Location Switcher update with listing view's location #64696Hi,
it used to work like that and it has been changed. Too many memebers complained about the location being switched from the home page without the users being alerted. If they’d try to go back to the home page, they’d get locked into the location, apparently getting lost.
Now the session is set only via location switcher, advance search “near” filed (if autocompleter selected) and when visiting a location specific page via breadcrumb for example.
Otherwise the sessions will remain set for everywhere.
Thanks
what redirect rule do you have in GeoDirectory >> BuddyPress Intergration?
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
can you please try to update WordPress too?
Let us know,
Thanks
That is correct.
ThanksHi Bearex,
thanks for completing the translation. I’ve activated the free 12 months membership for you.
Enjoy GD add-ons and themes!
Nope I didn’t. If you put a comma after .add-listing you will hide the entire form…
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve never seen anything like that in any of the website where our plugin is installed.
1st I would try to disable all non GD plugins and momentarely switch to a default theme too, to see if the problem goes away.
If it does reactivate elements one by one until we find what is creating the conflict. That way it would be easier to fix.
If doing all this doesn’t solve the issue, please provide FTP and phpmyadmin credentials and we will try to at least understand what happened.
Ultimately, if nothing fix the problem, we’ll have to consider reinstall everything.
