for the 1st issue, it seems like the category icon for both categories has been deleted from the server.

Go to Places >> Place Categories and add back an icon. That should fix it.

The second problem can be easily fixed with css:

.geodir-tabs-content {
    clear: both;
} 

Please provide admin credentials so that we can see the add listing form.

I’ve just tested in our demo. If I claim a listing, go to paypal to pay, but instead I cancel and go back, I get this message:

Posting Canceled
Your listing is cancelled. Sorry for cancellation.
Thank you for visiting us at GeoDirectory Demo.

The listing remain published and unclaimed.

What do you see instead?
