please provide a URL and credentials and we will have a look at your settings.

Hi,
there is no option to do that. The only alternative would be to use one of the shortcodes elsewhere in your page: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-shortcodes/
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Hi,
did you update all plugins and whoop to their latest version? (released yesterday)
Let us know and in case you have uploaded everything, please provide credentials.
I can’t recreate this in our demo: http://wptry.it/wordpress-directory-theme-whoop?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=+&snear=&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon=
Let us know,
Thanks
November 12, 2015 at 9:42 pm in reply to: Featured status and review star rating in the sidebar on detail page #59896Hi,
the overal rating shows up by default. (see image attached) The listing though must have at least 1 review.
Showing the featured status can be a bit trickier and would require some custom code. Current option don’t allow to show it.
Thanks
Hi,
please provide a link and admin credentials and we will have a look.
By : event custom labels wiped out, what do you mean? How did you change those labels in the first place?
Let us know,
Thanks
GD features a custom uploader both in front and back end. After uploading, it allows to drag and drop the images to change their order.
The 1st image is used as featured image.

Hi,
all the SEO addition we made, we made them making sure they are compatible with Yoast SEO plugin.
TinyMCE shouldn’t affect searches too.
I’ve asked to the developers to have a look at your website.
For the hosting provider, BlueHost vps should be a good solution. An alternative could be Cloudways, you can read more about it here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/server-requirements/#post-50528
Avoid any kind of WordPress managed plans unless you are sure you can disable any kind of caching they provide. Most have dedicated caching system that can’t be disabled, that are not compatible with GD.
Thanks
Hi again,
please refer to this topic: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/translating-main-category-post-type-in-the-url/#post-44807

Hi,
that is happening because you gave permission to your browser to always share your location: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-can-i-clear-geo-location-settings/
Let us know if that helps.
Thanks
Hi,
the problem is that we didn’t test enough with WPML.
We had to change a WP function from home_url() to get_site_url() for the new setup of URL with locations.
WPML does not change the function get_site_url(), it does change only home_url().
We had to add a tweak to make it change.
Thanks
Hi,
it is not mandatory, but it will make browsing your website quite confusing. It is meant to be used primarily for single location directories, or for whoever doesn’t want to allow visitors to browse all listings in one location.
Basically it will become impossible to browse a custom post type or a category by location.
You’ll always be browsing the everywhere location or get stuck in the default location.
Thanks
Hi,
I replied to your emails.
This is not possible.
Thanks
I would advise against this.
We use the data as it is returned by the google maps API. You’d have to clean up locations after every new listings added.
Thanks
