November 11, 2015 at 8:14 pm in reply to: When adding coupon, discount does not appear unless page is refreshed #59759
Hi,
I’ve tested this on our demo site and it works as expected. When you click update coupon, an alert saying coupon applied pops up. The page is refreshed and the discounted price is visible.
On your website, the only add listing link I see, is the Add Apartment one and it seems to allow only free listings?
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
no there is nothing missing, we just reported 1 example. Following that should make all the other self explanatory.
For a better understanding of custom fields you should have a look at this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/
Let us know how you went.
Thanks
Hi,
I can’t recreate this in any of my test websites.
Please provide wp admin credentials and we will have a look.
Thanks
November 11, 2015 at 7:54 pm in reply to: Is there a way to hook into the "No listings found" #59754Hi,
I’ve flagged this for Stiofan.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
once you update the core plugin, you can update add-ons all together.
Marker Cluster can’t be found in the wordpress plugin repository (which is where you were searching in). Only GeoDirectory core plugin is free, so you were probably trying to re-install it (which won’t work).
Add-ons can only be downloaded from your account page: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/milescouchman/downloads/
Thanks
I already answered that, only listings from the Events custom post type can be linked to a listing at the moment.
Not from 2 CPT.
Thanks
I’m not sure Events can be customized for Products. Events revolves around dates.
You can install only 1 instance of the Events add-on.
Listing type are a better way to categorize listings if you don’t want to use only places.
For example you can have a listing type Hotels and another one Restaurants. This will allow you to have separate custom fields and add listing for for both listing types.
Thanks
Hi Mark,
there should be a hook to do that.
I’ve asked to the developers to verify and let us know. Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
we don’t save users credentials, nor we can afford the luxury to go search for them in old listings.
Please provide credentials again every time they are needed.
Thanks
p.s. yesterday we released 1.5.4 and updates for all add-ons. DId you update correctly all of them?
In GeoDirectory >> Title and metas you can alter all page titles and metas.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Hi,
you only updated the core plugin, but all add-ons are outdated.
Also Whoop needs updating, it looks like you are still using the beta version 0.0.1 (which is not good for a live website)
That you will need to update via FTP as auto updates were not availalbe in the beta version.
Let us know how you went.
Thanks
Awesome, thanks for letting us know 🙂
Hi,
I’ve flagged this for the developers to follow up.
However could you please provide real links and possible admin credentials in aprivate reply (only staff can read them), so that we can have a proper look?
I’m not even 100% sure I understand the problem, so if you could explain it in details, that would help.
Let us know,
Thanks
No that is correct way of installing them, I guess the problem is as you said with the domain mapping plugins.
If you provide a URL, wp-admin and ftp credentials, we can try and debug it for you…
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
custom post type doesn’t allow to create products linked to place listings. It only allows to create new type of listings.
Only events at the moment can be linked to places or other listings type.
Thanks
