Hi,
not sure which account you made admin as I don’t see any credentials posted from you. In private reply you can share your admin credentials and links without fear. Only staff can read them.
Are you using Whoop? If yes make sure to uncheck Disable User Links section in GeoDirectory >> Design >> Detail.
Let us know,
Thanks
p.s. from next version of whoop, the claim listing link will appear in the top-right listings links (Edit, bookmark, etc…)
Thanks for letting us know 🙂
Hi,
yes changes were made to your functions.php
You can access all your theme and plugins files via Appearance >> Editor.
At the moment you can’t have the popup open after the redirect.
Thanks

Hi,
with css any font size can be edited, however I’m not sure I understand which font you want to enlarge. A link or a screenshot here could help.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
only the site admin can approve reviews, not the listing owners.
Once the admin as approved them, they can reply to them.
Thanks
Hi,
I’m not 100% sure I understand exactly how you want it to work, but this is how it currently works:
Anyone can submit a listing.
If you have the prices and payments add-on you can create a free and a premium package (or more). You can limit the number of details and fields they can add with a free listing and add more features to the premium package as an incentive to pay. If the premium package is set to be featured, listings will gain more visibility.
Otherwise you could add a membership system and let the user pay before being able to visit the add lsiting page, but in that case they can’t add anything before paying.
Hope this helps,
Thanks
Hi,
I have firefox 41.0.2 on windows 8.1 and I can see all elements loading fine.
Did you try clearing your browser cache?
Let us know,
Thanks,
p.s. I will create new forums for the child themes on monday, thanks for reminding me.
Hi,
yes it is possible.
Go to GeoDirectory >> Place Settings and click on the category custom field on the right box of the page. Settings of that custom fields will open. Where it asks : Show on listings page, select Yes.
That will do it.
Thanks
Hi,
you also had the login/reg form customized in the theme. We removed what was causing the problem and now it works.
Thanks
Hi,
probably it is not compatible.
Does it have any caching features? If yes, try disabling them.
Otherwise there are other compatible security plugins. Like WordFence or Sucuri (this last one you’ll have to whitelist gd booster urls.)
Thanks
