Hi,
yes that could be due to the theme too. However it is more likely a plugin.
Have you tried activating another theme temporarely to see if the problem would go away?
I still see another business directory plugin installed. Having both GeoDirectory and another similar plugin installed will never work well.
You should disable the plugin you decide not to use.
Thanks

October 6, 2015 at 5:32 pm in reply to: non admin get "error 404 page not found" on listing preview #55947Hi,
you ahve several outdated add-ons. For auto Updates to work on multisite you need to momentarely activate GeoDirectory on the main website. Then go to GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates and enter your username and licence key (you find it on your profile page of this forum).
Once that done you will be able to update plugins from network admin page.
You can also disable GD on the main website if you don’t need it. Credentials for Auto Updates will remain in the db.
It is probable that after updating everything will go back to normal.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
I think the problem is with your GD >> Permalinks settings. I don’t think GeoLocation can work if you exclude the location from the URL completely.
Currently if I visit your page it is no longer asking to geolocate me though. Did you disable it?
Let us know,
Thanks
October 6, 2015 at 4:41 pm in reply to: changed php versions – nightmare- had to change servers, etc. #55943Hi,
there is definitely something missing in the database. You only had 4 listings in this website?
I can ask Stiofan if he sees exactly what is missing, but it could take longer than reinstalling and start over, in case the database was still minimal.
Please let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
GD CPT posts are saved in
1) wp_geodir_gd_[postname]_detail (the GD details)
2) wp_post (the regular wp entry for posts)Let us know if this helps.
Thanks
You are welcome 🙂
Ok thank you for letting us know!
Hi,
that is normal behaviour. If click allow, you are instructing your broser to share your location, you are redeirected to yoursite.com/location/me and that page will show the closest listings to your location.
If you click allow, than the only way to avoid it is to clear you browser GeoLocation settings again.
Let us know if this helps.
Thanks
