Hi,
I went to Appearance >> Widgets >> GD Home top section, clicked on the map and changed width to 100%.
Thank you
Hi,
no that is not possible, the maps only show upcoming events. You could change the wording no listings found to something more appealing to your specific case:
Example: There are currently no upcoming events in our database, submit your now!
That can be done via translation file.
However showing past events could be a bad idea as soon or later, it will end showing too many markers, with more past events than new events, slowing down your website too much.
Thanks
September 22, 2015 at 5:25 pm in reply to: Same Event With Custom Different Dates- appears multiple times in Listing Search #54135Hi,
with GeoTheme we created the following event, after the 1st had pass.
However the vast majority of users over the time requested that recurring events where all created on the spot.
Given that democracy wins here, we adopted what the users were requesting.
You can show dates next to titles for recurring events to make it clearer.
Thanks
HI,
GeoDirectory does that by default without the need of using shortcodes for maps :
The home page shows all listings from all CPT: http://wpgeo.directory/
The CPT page shows listings only from that CPT : http://wpgeo.directory/attractions/
The category page shows lisings only from that category: http://wpgeo.directory/attractions/landmark/The map must be in the corresponding archive page (cpt or category) to be able to show markers.
If you want a map showing generic listings from a particular CPT on any page, that widget doesn’t exist.
Thanks
You are welcome! 🙂
Hi,
in GeoDirectory >> MultiLocations >> Home Page Results, select: Show everywhere location results on home page (First time only, if geodirectory home page is your site home page and user comes to home page).
Also make sure to enable : Add everywhere option in location switcher city/region/country drop-down. (they are 3 different options)
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
it works as it should, please see image attached.
The picture thing is a bug in GeoDirectory altest version and it has been fixed already.
It will be available with next release. (by the end of the week)
Thanks
Sorry for the confusion and thanks for letting us know that you solved. 🙂
Currently not, the idea of profiles in BP is that the activity of members is public and visible to all. It would require a customization of the bp integration.
if you wish to see this option created, please submit your idea here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/
If many other members needs this, we will definitely consider it.
Thanks
Awesome, glad we got to the bottom of this 🙂
Hi Sager,
would you mind providing admin credentials in a private reply so that we can do some tests? I can’t recreate this on my test websites.
Let us know,
Thanks
If you move it to a live server let us know. Unfortunately we can’t debug anything without seeing it.
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private. You can download and install the development version from github: https://github.com/GeoDirectory/geodirectory

September 22, 2015 at 3:47 pm in reply to: How to keep sites main theme with Whoop! v0.0.3 Theme installed? #54115The only way to do that would be to split the website in 2. There is no way in a single website to use a theme for a section of the website and a 2nd theme for another section of your website.
WordPress doesn’t allow that.
Thanks
