Hi,
1) yes you need to add column for any custom field, but you must create the custom fields fisrt. In the documentation this is explained here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/ You will use the html variable with geodir_ in front, as new heading for the column. If your custom field html variable is petfriendly the column name will be geodir_petfriendly.
2) Not being a mandatory field, if you have no images you can leave that columns empty https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#mandatory
3) as far as I know, No there isn’t. In any case we don’t provide support for open office or other CSV editors. There are dedicated support forum where you can ask that question.
4) The column of the original CSV cannot be changed (name or positions) you can only add your custom fields at the far right of the sheet.
5) Save as CSV
6) If you are adding new listings, post_id must be blank. You put the IDs only if import is for updating existing listings.

HI,
if you enable that, it will use the same description, no matter which location you are visiting.
For example, if you enter : General Engineering Contractor in %location% and you visit the category page for the location new york, the description will display: General Engineering Contractor in New York.
If you want to disaply a totally different category description for each location, thatn you can disable that option and enter a differet description for each lcoation in your database.

you can only rate 1 to 5 stars, there are no decimals normally on 1 to 5 stars rating systems.
Changing that will require a customization of the add-on.

1) BuddyPress compliments allows to make compliments to the author of a review, not to the review. It only appears on users profiles.
2,3) it depends on the theme used, which theme are you using?
4) Which list of reviews are you talking about? On a listing detail page? Voting for reviews is only possible with the multiratings addon installed and on the listing deetail page.

For the map to be full screen the theme must offer a widget area that is full screen.
However I see it full screen, did you change theme?
