    We finished testing the new payment manager and Stiofan is getting ready to release it along with several other updates. This should happen tomorrow or the wednesday the latest.

    Actually I don’t think that is the correct list. I know for GeoTheme that language is available, so it should be for GD too.

    Iv’e flagged this for the developers to look into it.

    He can’t, he can only submit a new listing and the admin from the back end can make the necessary association.

    Yes, categories must be created in advance. You can bulk import them too.

    you have new user registration disabled and we can’t see the add listing page unless you provide credentials (possibly admin).

    Hi,

    I would start by deleting all inactive plugins. After that ask the client if you can place the website in maintanance mode for 1 minute and deactivate all non GD plugins momentarely to see if the problem goes away. Also the theme could be responsible for this (unless it is one of our themes).

    If deactivating all non GD plugins the problem disappears, you can reactivate plugins one by one and refresh the page that was causing the issue, until the problem comes back, which will let us know which plugin is causing this error and in that case we might be able to provide a solution.

    WordPress is installed on a server. FTP is the protocol used to upload and download files from your server. In the server there is also a database called mysql. phpmyadmin is the software used to insepct and edit the database used by wordpress.

    You must have those information, just ask to your server admin and I’m sure he’ll be glad to provide them.
