If depends if the custom search field used allows it. Text field doesn’t for example. What type of custom field is it?

To change from checkbox to select, go to GeoDirectory >> Place Settings (or any CPT) >> Advance Search Tab >> double click on the field and you should see Field Data Type, chose SELECT.

Hi,

you can have a dropdwon of categories in the advance search part of the form. Not where the 2 main fileds appear (not without customizing the plugin) .

Example: http://wpgeo.directory/restaurants/ click on customize my search. Here they show up as check box but in settings it is easy to show them as a dropdown select instead.

Please ask to the theme author if there is anyway to remove the visual editor conditionally with a function.

I believe it’d be wiser to look for a Buddypress developer to do this. You’ll probably have more chance to finding someone capable of doing this in Buddypress forums. Just FYI.

I don’t think there is a hook for that. .

Why not giving them Editor role and access to wp admin? We are talking about data entry…

It shouldn’t require that you modify anything.

That’s Toronto city area according to Google Maps, which is what we use as reference.

If the address is outside that area, you must use the multilocation add-on as Guust suggested.

If the address is within that area, then there is an error.

there is no option to create a multiselect with images. You can only create them with text.

Hi,

Stiofan is releasing all updates for this today. 1.5.1 made it out before 4.3, not the add-ons and themes. Only few hours behind though.

Hi,

this are php warnings, but from other plugins, not GD :

premium-seo-pack and wp-sms-pro

They are not error and should only be logged in errorlogs. You should be able to fix by adding the following to your active theme functions.php file:
```
error_reporting(E_ERROR);
```
