Hi,
please provide admin credentials and we will have a look.
Thanks
Hi Frank,
my answer was for the topic author.
I don’t think your solution is what he’s looking for. The only way to have someone edit listings from the front end without being the author is to make them admin.
You don’t need a plugin for that.
Thanks

what part of my previous message isn’t clear?
please always submit your ideas here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/
If many members confirm that your idea isn’t good only for your website, than we will proceed and work on it.
Thank you
What Guust said is correct, the GD home page is totally made of widget areas and can’t be customized with any plugin.
Thanks
No they cannot.
Him
no problem, let us know if you can replicate it and we will fix it.
Thank you
Hi,
given that any admins can add very different things in the customize my form area, depending the use that they make of it, it is impossible to add a style that will work for all.
The fact that themes will be adding their style too, makes it even harder to provided something that would be consistent for all, so all we did, was creating 1 column and center it.
It is up to each website owner to style it according to their needs.
If you provide an example of how you’d wish to see that window, we can give you pointers on how to achieve it.
Thank you
August 18, 2015 at 6:55 pm in reply to: Meta Title & Description Template for Listing Detail Page #49919Hi,
I was discussing this with Stiofan the other day, however we can’t really add these variables to be used within Yoast. What we can do is to add the location after or before the separator in listings details page, but I know for sure that not all users will want that, so for request like this, please always submit your ideas here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/

Hi,
I just double checked and I can access FTP, however any changes I try to make to files are rejected: Permission denied.
Please provide all details whenever necessary and avoid sending us back to look for them in old replies. We would appreciate it.
Thank you
Hi,
that’s how it works, user inputs the address and click set address on map to fetch all other required fileds (city, region, country, zip, lat and long).
If you mean by importing via CSV file, no all fields are mandatory.
Let us know,
Thanks
hi,
I guess it depends if the API is serving that data or not.
I’ll ask to Stiofan to have a look at it.
Thanks
Hi Martin,
Tags can be hidden with css:
#geodir_post_tags_row { display: none; }The description is a mandatory field and it can’t be removed.
Thanks
Hi,
If “Allow user to see wp-admin area” is set to yes in : GeoDirectory >> General
users with the editor role are allowed to edit any listings.
Thanks
p.s. obviously change
http://site.comwithin Stiofan’s function with your actual domain.
Thanks
August 18, 2015 at 6:03 pm in reply to: Error when multiple paramaters selected on advance search #49908Hi,
If a user search for a place that has swimming pool, wi-fi and free parking, he wants to only see places that offer the options selected.
An other good example is a restaurant that serves steaks, costs between $20 and $30 and has a patio.
If your method was correct, this search would have to return :
1) all restaurants between $20 and 30$ no matter what food they serve or if they have a patio.
2) all restaurant that have a patio, no matter what food they serve or the price range
3) all the restaurant serving steak, no matter the price or if they have a patio.
Nobody building a directory would want the search to behave like that.
The example made could eventually be good for an ecommerce search, certainly not for a directory, that’s why there is no easy way to change this.
Thank you
