Hi,
either a pluing or the theme are adding the Google Map API, while GeoDirectory is already adding it, so that won’t work.
We need to find which one is the culprit and disable the option to add the Google Map API again.
If you provide admin credentials in a private reply we can have a look for you.
Thanks
Hi,
It is asking for a password to see those pages. I noticed on a previous post of yours that you have W3 Total Cache installed. GeoDirectory is only fully compatible with GD Booster.
Please deactivate W3TC and delete all files and folders it created in wp-content.
Let us know if that fixes your problem.
In case it doesn’t please provide credentials to see your website.
Thanks
Hi,
the name should be clear enough: travel genesis child theme.
Where in docuemtnation you read that it required GeoDirectory framework? That would be a mistake, it requires Genesis.
Thanks
At the moment you can bulk import/export categories and listings only.
Thanks
Hi,
please disable W3 Total Cache and delete all files it created in wp-content.
That plugin is not compatible with GD.
Let us know,
Thanks
HI,
please submit a request here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/
This is really beyond support.
Thanks
At the moment there is no way to import/export reviews.
Thanks
Hi,
this is a bug. It’s fixed and will be in next release (possibly tomorrow or the day after.)
Inline javascript with /*
Hi Daleprescott,
it really depends on the theme and plugins installed. There are some script that don’t like to be concatenated and we exclude them.
In this case you excluded the one that was being broken instead of the script that was actually breaking it.
Not ideal because other things could still be corrupted.
If you want us to check further, please provide a url and wp admin credentials in a private reply and we will look into it.
Thanks
You are welcome! 🙂
Honestly, we are very happy with our importer and we are far too busy with more important tasks, to take the time to explain how GD works in details to a 3rd party developer.
There is no demand for this to justify the time investment (1 member is not enough) and we don’t even know if the plugin author is willing to work on it.
Thank you
July 20, 2015 at 5:01 pm in reply to: Click on Listing Leads To BuddPress Members Page Instead of Listing #46262Hi,
Your location page is redirecting to the home page. Make sure you don’t have a GD 301 redirect in your .htaccess file (301 Redirect /location/ //). If you have it please delete it.
From home page (locations) when I do a search it leads me to the BuddyPress members page
I’ve tested here:I’ve tested here and doing a search redirects me to search results: http://militarybuyers.guide/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=+&snear=&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon=
Also when taking a profile photo picture from mobile device or computer it errors out stating unable to crop image.
I’m not sure I understand this last question as GeoDirectory doesn’t offer cropping anywhere. Where is this happening?
Thanks
Hi,
reviews can only be closed for all CPT or none.
The only way to do this would be to remove the review tab only for the selected CPT and you can do that by following this tutorial: https://wpgeodirectory.com/re-order-tabs-in-a-listing-detail-page/ There is a section about “Different orders only for 1 Custom Post Type”. That’s the part you’ll need. Simply remove the review part from the re-order function.
The problem is that you will still have star ratings and reviews links in several locations like detail page sidebar, all listings in listings pages and widgets.
To hide all of them you will need to do some css work.
Thanks
Not yet, we started working and it’s next in line to be finished, but we are not that close to the end of it.
Thanks for your patience,
This is done on purpose and for 2 reasons
1 to avoid clogging up the database with unused data.
2 and most important, without these feature ppl could easily get the featured listings options without paying. The only way to do this would be by showing data in the listing page considering the package, but it’s far more complicated and would slow down queries a lot.
Thanks
