A 1 there is no particular PHP page where you paste code in to achieve something like that.
What you want to do is extremely complex and you will need a particularly expert developer to modify few of the Advance search add-on’s functions.
If he’s expert enough, he’ll have the tools and skills to find where to modify.

with MultiLocation add-on the location switcher MUST be used. There is no alternative way.
The map is like that because of the zoom seeting used in the the widget, simply reduce it or use the autozoom.
