October 19, 2017 at 6:54 pm in reply to: Supreme Directory – category list bug in mobile view #401587Hi,
Giri will be off for the next couple of weeks, I flaged this for Stiofan again, he’ll get back to you asap.
Congrats for going online and for the stunning website.
You should definitely showcase it here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/category/showcase/
Thanks for your patience,

Hi,
That would require some sort of integration. If everything is managed by the site admin, you can probably do that with custom fields.
If every listing owner needs to create and manage their own tickets and so on the integration would be more difficult and would definitely require code customization.
Thanks
Hi james,
that’s very strange, it looks like some theme files have been modified directly, that’s the menu of the directory starter theme, not the menu of the supreme child theme.
There is no option to switch from one to the other, if Supreme is installed, it should use the correct menu automatically.
Please provide FTP credentials and we will check into it too.
Thanks
Hi Abel,
The grid reduces to 2 posts by design, IMHO it should be 1 post per row on mobile. 3 would make it poor UX.
This is really considered a customization.
Thanks
Hi,
this page works fine:
https://www.skeebop.com/gd-login/
If instead I try to visit the add-listing page while being logged out, I’m redirected here and I see the page encoding error:
If the support of the hosting provider told you it could be a problem with CSS, ask them to escalate the problem with someone more knowledgeable, because that’s impossible.
It looks like the redirect part of the URL (?redirect_add_listing=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.skeebop.com%2Fadd-listing%2F%3Flisting_type%3Dgd_place) that it is causing problems.
It is 100% a hosting config problem.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks

Hi,
thanks for letting us know 🙂
This reply has been marked as private.Hi,
sorry for the confusion.
The themes are for the styling options only, the plugins provides the directory functionalities.
Like most ecommerce themes now requires WooCommerce to be installed to be able to have a shop.
Please have a look at this video for better understanding how it works.
Supreme needs the GeoDirectory plugin installed too.
Thanks
