please install the email log plugin and let us know if it is logging them all or not.
If it is, most likely the problem is at server level.
You could probably solve that with a SMTP plugin.

But you are not using default country only, otherwise your directory would be limited to UK only…

the other table would be wp_posts.
However for 81 listings, I wouldn’t do it via database, I’d use the bulk delete option of WordPress.

that’s normal, they’ll show only on the add new and upgrade screen, not on the edit screen.
