Another very smart thing to do, is to maintain a staging website identical to the live production to do every kind of tests before applying changes to the live website.
Thanks

Yes you could, but the problem will re-appear when we release the next bath of updates. You won’t be alerted…
This is going to sound terrible here but I am very new to building websites. Where do I find my ftp info? I am being hosted by hostgator
You can ask that to hostgator support, they’ll provide the info.
Let us know,
Thanks
I don’t think our system will be currently able to accommodate something like that, but I asked to the developers to let us know their thoughts.
I’m sure a similar feature would be needed, but I’m not sure we can develop it fast enough for your needs.
They’ll let you know asap.
Thanks for your patience,
You are welcome 🙂

Hi Scott,
please always open your own topic and try to explain what kind of problems you’re having.
Thanks
Hi Joe,
that’s not possible, the widget is built to order categories by “popular”.
What you could do is avoid using the shortcode and using html to provide fixed categories.
However this is not super easy to achieve, unless you have decend coding skills, you’d need to hire a developer to change that.
Here you have a similar example and you’ll see it’s not exactly self explanatory, but any developer could easily assist.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
Hi Jason,
the developers will have a look at that too. Possibly provide FTP credentials too, because I fear both problem are related to server settings.
Let us know,
Thanks
