please upgrade PHP on your server to version +5.6 as recommended by WordPress.
If you don’t know how to do it, please ask for support to your server admin. Right now you must be running a version lower than 5.4.

the post_ID is assigned by the application, you can’t force it on import. What you could do though, is to change the ID in the database after they listings have been imported. However that could really be a lot of tedious work…

I can’t recreate this on any of our demos (multisite) and no other member reported this, so it’s either a conflict with an outdate gd add-on or with a 3rd aprty plugin.
Please try to update everything, if that wasn’t the issue, try to deactivate all non GD plugins momentarily and let us know how it goes.
