Hi,

please install the plugin email log and test, then check if the mail has been logged.

If it has, it means that the application did send the email through wp_mail and the server didn’t complete the job.

In that case there isn’t much we can do on our side. In most cases installing an SMTP plugin helps, if you search in this forum you’ll find plenty of others who experienced a similar problem: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/search/?bbp_search=smtp

You can always ask for help to the hosting provider.

at the moment your license is only active for sleepcertified.sleepdev.com/members.

Make sure to activate it for the live domain in case that’s no longer in development.

You’ll need to deactivate and add them again.
